One of our lesser known products known to be made by The Cleveland Vibrator Company is our Pipe Bracket Assemblies. As you drive down our highway systems you will see many manufacturing companies with any number of pipes in several different sizes transporting many types of materials such as sand, coal, many types of powders, dust collectors etc. Our pipe bracket assemblies are designed to assist in the flow of materials through those pipes. The design allows for the assembly to be moved up and down the pipe depending on the location of a material flow problem. We currently manufacture pipe bracket assemblies from 2″ diameter through 24″ diameter and have recently quoted assemblies for 36″ diameter pipes as well. We have manufactured these flow problem solutions to have air or electric drives mounted to the pipes in order to allow movement of materials.

I would estimate approximately 80% are supplied with air drives. The assemblies are used on steel, stainless steel or aluminum pipes and to size them we would only require some basic information: the diameter of the pipe, wall thickness, and total length and down-slope angle.

Some other questions we would need to answer would be which type of material is flowing through the pipes? This includes asking whether the material is dry and if not, what is the moisture content of that particular material?. Once we have addressed material types, we would then ask if you prefer air or electric drives and what method are you currently using to dislodge the material. This should give us sufficient information to generate a quote to fit your individual product needs.
